What we intend

Plants are intended to be delivered and installed healthy. Green Fence Texas provides limited 30-Day Coverage for qualifying plant quality or installation-related issues reported during the first 30 days after installation.

What coverage includes

• Plants arrive and are installed in healthy, nursery-grade condition.
• If a plant fails within 30 days due to plant quality or installation-related issues, Green Fence Texas will replace it or provide a credit toward a replacement.
• We will inspect the site and confirm eligibility before any replacement.

What coverage does not include

After 30 days, long-term survival and growth depend on watering, weather, drainage, soil, sunlight, pests, animals, heat/freeze events, and ongoing care — those factors are not covered by this limited 30-day establishment coverage.

• Long-term survival or growth guarantees
• Instant or full-height privacy
• Damage from lack of watering, extreme weather, pests, animals, or site conditions outside our control
• Online estimate amounts — final quotes are reviewed before approval

Growth and sizing expectations

Growth timelines are estimates and depend on plant variety, spacing, site conditions, weather, watering, and care.

Container sizes describe nursery container class, not exact plant dimensions at delivery or maturity.

Final quotes

Estimated total pending final review. Your final quote will be reviewed by our team before approval.
